vegan recipes easy Vegan Raw Chocolate Almond Butter Cups.

I came home from a super busy day filming craving chocolate!
I like to make my own raw and vegan chocolate and this is an easy recipe that you can whip up in literally a few minutes!

Ingredients-
140g of cacao butter
80g of cacao powder
3 tablespoons of agave
1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Cashew or nut butter for the filling.

Himalayan salt

Method-
Melt cocao butter in a bowl over a saucepan of lightly simmering water. Add all the other ingredients and stir thoroughly until completely smooth.
Place an almond in one of the chocolate moulds and then fill to the brim.

Freeze for twenty minutes.

Remove from the moulds and sandwich the two chocolate pieces together with vanilla cashew butter. Top with a pinch of himalayan sea salt and enjoy!

As the chocolate has no preservatives or stabilizers it melts at room temperature so store in the fridge.

Eat them within a week or if you want them to last longer store in the freezer!
